A maximum of 20 tickets can be booked online in a single transaction.
Tickets can be booked up to 90 days in advance.
Guests must carry a printed e-ticket along with a valid original photo ID proof for direct entry to the park.
If a printed e-ticket is not available, guests may collect their entry ticket from the designated Dream World counter by presenting the soft copy of the e-ticket/message and a valid photo ID.
Child tickets are applicable for children below 137 cm. Guests found above 137cm at the entry point will need to upgrade to an adult ticket by paying the difference at the counter.
For safety reasons, height restrictions apply to all rides and weight restrictions apply to some rides.
Each e-ticket permits only one-time entry. Re-entry is not allowed for security reasons.
If the booking person and guest are different, both must present their original ID proofs at the time of check-in.
Dress Code for Water Rides: Only polyester or nylon attire (T-shirts, shorts, bermudas, three-fourths, or swimsuits) is permitted. Cotton clothes and outfits such as sarees, churidars, formal pants, jeans, cargos, uniforms, burkhas/pardas, or any indecent attire are not allowed in the water park or certain thrill rides.
Dream World Water Theme Park reserves the right to deny admission if tickets are found fraudulent or misused.
Rescheduling Policy
One free modification is allowed per booking before 12 AM, one day prior to the original visit date.
Any difference in ticket rates (location, weekday/weekend, or category changes) must be paid by the guest. Refunds for lower-priced changes will not be provided.
Modified bookings cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before the visit: 90% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the visit: 85% refund.
Partial cancellations are allowed and follow the same refund rules.
No refund will be provided for no-shows or cancellations after the date of visit.
Tickets purchased under Various Offers are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
